We were having some water leaking into our living room ceiling from the porch roof. I called these guys for a quote and they came by to provide one the very same day. We did a price comparison, and they had the best price for the work quoted. They couldn't start the work immediately because we got hit with a snow storm, but as soon it was over and the temperature rose enough they came out to do the job. We have serious weather-related damage to our roof that caused a leak and caused serious damage to the inside of the house. Pete & MO came out to look at it and were very knowledgeable and professional about what needs to be done. We opted not to get the quik-fix because we weren't financially prepared, we will wait for someone to come out next wk for the estimate and I hope it's Pete & MO that are able get the job done.

Great experience working with Buffalo’s Best Roofing. They explained every step of the process, they identified errors in the original construction of my roof that eventually caused our roof to fail and leak and came up with a plan to correct it. Their employees are very professional and left the yard better than when they arrived.

I want to thank the people at BBRC for their help when I needed it the most! Unfortunately, 8 years ago, a contractor did a very lousy, incomplete job replacing the roof (a complete tear off down to the rafters). Afterwards, shingles blowing off needed to be replaced too frequently. This is a rental property that is very important to me. There was significant damage from a recent heavy rain and again some missing shingles. I called BBRC and asked for a quote for the replacements and also for a complete tear off. Scott gave me a number that was much lower than what I had in my head, so I opted for a complete new roof. Then it was a matter of scheduling the job: 2 weeks and snow on the way! So I would need a tarp or temp shingles before the job even started and asked Scott for that quote. I was SO relieved when told that he didn't want me to waste money, so they bumped the job up! It took 1 day to tear off shingles, some damaged plywood, and properly replace the entire roof...and clean up! Dominic and his team arrived early and completed the job as the sun was setting. I can't tell you how happy I am to not worry about that roof now. It looks beautiful! A wonderful professional job! Thank you all at BBRC! Oh, and I used them on a smaller project at another location too! They are definitely in my contacts and I would recommend them in a heartbeat!

I could not recommend this company enough. I had a major leak that needed attention during a rainy period in Buffalo. They came out and quoted a fair price, 1 day tear off and replacement, within a day of me calling for a quote. They also performed the work within the next week. We attempted to DIY tarping in the meantime and when that didn’t work, they sent someone within 2 hours to help us out. They cut out every rotted board (I checked the attic afterwards) and did an amazing job with cleanup of the mess and gutters.

These guys are the best; from a quick turn around from the initial diagnosis and quote to scheduling the job and getting a new roof up for me before winter. They were extremely clear on any issues and the required fixes- they had pictures of the job while they completed everything. A diligent tear off and install that was done in a single day. Just an update, we had a crazy storm Wed night that went on into Thur morning! Talk about heavy rains. I was certain there would be water on the kitchen floor, but not a drop! More importantly tho is when we were looking to have that roof repaired, most companies didn't do 'repairs' even tho their pages listed roofs and/or repairs. That's just another plug for Pete😁 Had our roof repaired by Pete. He did quick work and looks good. I'll come back after a good rain storm but my husband is happy & that's what matters most.

After weeks of researching and receiving estimates from other roofing contractors, we finally settled on Buffalo’s Best to do our roof replacement. We couldn’t be more pleased. Our house is a Sears Kit house, built in 1910, and the roof is a bit more complicated than most modern roofs. That did not deter Buffalo’s Best. They replaced the roofs on both our house and garage in just one day. They also did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Our new roofs look amazing and the price was reasonable. Buffalo's best roofing is where it's at I called the main office for an emergency. stefanie answered the phone I explained my issue to her about the Leaky Roof and she had Joe come out that day to come look at my roof that's when we discovered that the roof needed some work. So Joe worked his magic did his measurements and wrote up a quote for me I ended up agreeing to it and Joe said we're looking at about a week in I asked him if we can have it done by 5/5 . Joe had to go back to the office and talk to stef to see if they can get that to happen. Within the hour Stef and Joe work their magic Stef called me back to tell me that it's a go and they will have the job done by 5/5. On 5/4 we had Domenic and the roofing crew here by 7:30 sharp sending me pictures as the process goes on , with in 4-5 hours the job was done beautifully!! I really truly appreciate stef ,Joe, Dom ,and the roofing crew for doing such a beautiful job with not only my roof but the cleanup as well you can't even tell that they were here other than looking at the new beautiful roof. Pete the Service manager, called me prior to arriving and gave me a time frame. Pete was on time and courteous. I had a few people check out a leak I had coming into the house. A they said it was the flashing on my chimney but that was recently done. Pete checked out my chimney and he said it wasn’t the flashing. I had some loose and missing bricks. Pete fixed the issue. Great work and cleaned up after.

He came back a number of times to make sure I was happy with the roofing job that others had completed. He made some corrections, such as installing the sky light flashing, which initially was overlooked. He even removed gutter downspouts and reinstalled them when I was ready. I cannot recommend this professional more than five stars or I would. Use this company and ask for Pete as your installer.

Company did a great job with our siding and gutters. Contractors were punctual and did their jobs well. There was a small mix-up before work started, but it got resolved once it was discovered. Overall pleased.

As a single woman I’m always on guard when contracting home improvement companies, fearing having strangers on my property and getting ripped off. Buffalos Best put all that to rest! Joe came to inspect my roof and took the time to explain every line of the provided estimate. The crew supervisor Dominic constantly informed me of daily start times and possible weather delays. Dominic immediately informed me that the crew found wood damage showing me pictures and clearly explained all my options. My roof was completed even with the extra wood replacement in one day. Next was the flashing replacement for the new gutters done by Pete. I can’t say enough about the professionalism, attention to detail, and pride in his work! Pete also found extensive wood damage and explained exactly how the damage occurred and what my options were. He kept me informed of his progress throughout the entire job, letting me know when he arrived in the morning and when he was finished for the day. He did an amazing job replacing the wood, flashing and soffits around the entire house! Buffalos Best really is the Best!

My back deck awning was not working properly. Saw this company doing a roof on my block. Talked to Dominic and he had my problem fixed in 5 minutes. Loosened a couple bolts. Fixed!!! Great, quick service, nice personality. Brought his own tools and ladder. He had business cards for referral which is great. I'd highly recommend them and will use them again when needed.

John and his team were excellent! Buffalo’s Best Roofing came out and gave an assessment of our roof issue and made some recommendations. We decided to have them remove the old roof and install a new one. They communicated with us every step of the process and the new roof looks and works great! We had some delays due to weather since this was being installed in the winter and they reached out and contacted us each time. This is not always the case with other construction companies we have used. John and his crew even added some custom flashing around the roof section of my son’s room where we have been having issues with water pooling off the roof at no charge. They also cleaned up the work site very well and were professional during the process. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for roof repair/installation.

Joe came to evaluate the source of a leak in a bedroom. After, checking the roof , he was able to determine the cause and how it could be corrected. Joe was awesome and very professional. If any other roofing problem arises in the future, we certainly contact Buffalo Best Roofing.

I’ve never felt more comfortable hiring a company to do my roof. It started when Eric came by the house to diagnose what was wrong with my roof and was very professional and honest. He promised the job will be done in a timely manner and he was correct. The installers Pete and Moe came out and were very professional and thorough. They explained everything step-by-step and made sure everything was done right. They were very caring about the cleanup knowing that I have kids that go outside and play. Also Kim from the office was very understanding on the phone.

Pete and Moe were excellent. The work was excellent and so was the cleanup. They were worried that my dogs especially my service dogs for would get hurt if they left anything behind and they made sure everything was picked up. I was very thankful that they thought of my dogs because a lot of people do not. This is not the first time I’ve Buffalo Best Roofing! They are my roofers now for my business. I’ve hired him two other time so this is the third time I recommend them highly

On June 28, 2022 Buffalo's Best 4 men did a tear-off of my 20 year old roof on my manufactured double wide home and reroofed it with 100% coverage with ice shield underneath architectural shingles. My 2 old skylights were replaced with Velux glass ones. My shed was reroofed to match the house. The crew really hustled and their supervisor was frequently here to help. Cleanup was very thorough. The Lord gave us a perfect day as I watched them. I am totally pleased.

Great job. Completed roof in a day and cleaned up everything. We will be using them again.

They were on time, worked all day, cleaned up very good, came the next morning and finished the job and it looks really nice and neat, everything I asked them to do they did and came back to me to check and see if I was OK with what they did, I was surprised at how efficient they were, I am very happy with the job well done!!

We had a roof tear off and replacement completed as well as a few downspouts replaced. The crew showed up before 7am and stayed until almost 9pm on a Friday to make sure the job was done since rain was forecasted the next day. The crew was professional and did great work. The following Monday a separate crew came out to complete the downspouts and finished the work without any issues. The entire construction processes was overseen by a project manager that was the POC for any issues or questions. The entire team (Sales, Construction, PM, Office Staff) was professional, courteous, and easy to work with. It only took a couple of weeks from start to finish for the entire process. The only hiccup we had was our date was pushed two days because jobs before ours were delayed due to weather, and we were not notified of the date change. It took a couple of calls to the office to find out that our job had been rescheduled and that normally they notify customers but for some reason we were not called. This was surprising since their communication had been spot on up until that point and much better than most contractors I've worked with in the past.

Every step of this process went very good. The roof looks great, and they cleaned everything as expected. I am happy with their service and would certainly recommend them.

their office was open on a saturday, they took my information, they showed up for the assessment when they said they would (rather than showing up and assessing the job some other time when i might not have been there), they were able to start a mere six days later, and they got it done hours ahead of schedule. materials were top quality brand. labor was skilled. their price was (i don't say this often) BY FAR the lowest of anyone who bid on the job. i have every reason to recommend them to others.
