He was very polite and professional and was so informative about the company, what they offer and the warranties they provided. He seemed to be very honest and informative. He took time to look over my roof to provide an estimate. When he provided the estimate was very detailed and easy to understand. I had other estimates but Buffalo's Best was definitely the best. I was actually looking for a tear off and a new roof and gutters. When I accepted the estimate, the company was very prompt to schedule the new roof. If that wasn’t impressive enough, the contractor (Domenic) was just as impressive. He contacted me and schedule a date for my new roof. Domenic and his crew were absolutely unbelievable. Domenic's crew was very hard working and got the job done in one day. Our house is a Sears Kit house, built in 1910, and the roof is a bit more complicated than most modern roofs. That did not deter Buffalo’s Best. So Joe worked his magic did his measurements and wrote up a quote for me I ended up agreeing to it and Joe said we're looking at about a week in I asked him if we can have it done by 5/5 . Joe had to go back to the office and talk to stef to see if they can get that to happen. Within the hour Stef and Joe work their magic Stef called me back to tell me that it's a go and they will have the job done by 5/5. On 5/4 we had Domenic and the roofing crew here by 7:30 sharp sending me pictures as the process goes on , with in 4-5 hours the job was done beautifully!! I really truly appreciate stef ,Joe, Dom ,and the roofing crew for doing such a beautiful job with not only my roof but the cleanup as well you can't even tell that they were here other than looking at the new beautiful roof. Joe came to inspect my roof and took the time to explain every line of the provided estimate. The crew supervisor Dominic constantly informed me of daily start times and possible weather delays. Dominic immediately informed me that the crew found wood damage showing me pictures and clearly explained all my options. My roof was completed even with the extra wood replacement in one day. Next was the flashing replacement for the new gutters done by Pete. I can’t say enough about the professionalism, attention to detail, and pride in his work! Pete also found extensive wood damage and explained exactly how the damage occurred and what my options were. He kept me informed of his progress throughout the entire job, letting me know when he arrived in the morning and when he was finished for the day. They communicated with us every step of the process and the new roof looks and works great! We had some delays due to weather since this was being installed in the winter and they reached out and contacted us each time. This is not always the case with other construction companies we have used. John and his crew even added some custom flashing around the roof section of my son’s room where we have been having issues with water pooling off the roof at no charge. The crew showed up before 7am and stayed until almost 9pm on a Friday to make sure the job was done since rain was forecasted the next day. The crew was professional and did great work. The following Monday a separate crew came out to complete the downspouts and finished the work without any issues. The entire construction processes was overseen by a project manager that was the POC for any issues or questions. The entire team (Sales, Construction, PM, Office Staff) was professional, courteous, and easy to work with. It only took a couple of weeks from start to finish for the entire process. The only hiccup we had was our date was pushed two days because jobs before ours were delayed due to weather, and we were not notified of the date change. It took a couple of calls to the office to find out that our job had been rescheduled and that normally they notify customers but for some reason we were not called. This was surprising since their communication had been spot on up until that point and much better than most contractors I've worked with in the past. read less

The replacement of the roof took a little more than a day. A crew of three did the job. They were hard working, professional and friendly. The roof looks fantastic, and we couldn't be happier with the result. Our gutters were installed about a week after the roof. It uncovered some rotted wood which cost us a little extra, but they did a great job showing us the damage, explaining the repair, and the charge was more than reasonable. I had a small piece of siding get ripped off my house in February as a result of some crazy weather we get. I got estimates from 3 companies and chose Buffalo’s Best Roofing based on their quote and their salesman, Al. He was really great in terms of explaining the process, how they operate and what the quote was all about. Once I had chosen them, I worked with Amanda to coordinate the date to get the siding replaced, which ultimately was the entire side of the home. I was pleasantly surprised by the communication level surrounding the work to be done on my house as not only did the office call to let me know when they would be out to fix my house, but the day of the job I was also notified about the time they would arrive which I didn’t expect. Once the work crew arrived at my home, they went right to work and I couldn’t be happier with how things turned out. In fact, the new siding matches the exact color of my current siding, which was put on the house in 1993. You would never know I had new siding on 25% of my home, that’s how well it matched, which helps with the curb appeal naturally. I recommend you use this company. I recognize there a lot of choices, but between the responsiveness, the level of communication, the work that was done and the final appearance of how it all looks I couldn’t be happier. read less

For starters my roof is by no means an easy one, in fact some other companies were scared away by its complex design as well as its size which includes flats, precision metal work, many transitions and multiple layers to tear off. The work they have done so far is excellent and the owner is a man of integrity and his employees all respect him. I worked in the construction industry for over 10 years and have never seen workers with such a high respect level for their boss. With all that being said, I will update when the roof gets completed, but so far Buffalo’s Best Roofing LLC really lives up to their name. One year follow up review: Although we had a couple issues along the way, Mr. Hamilton stood by his guys and the company completed a roof no other company (including some of the “fancy” companies with all their commercials and empty promises who only take jobs they can make a killing on) would even provide a quote for. Through all four seasons, no leaks, no issues and it looks incredible. The tear off guys were professional, clean and fast, and Danny did a fantastic job taking pride in his metal work. Let me start with the crew. Courteous, personable, knowledgeable and professional. Not a curse word was uttered by any of them through out the entire job. Which I found refreshing. In speaking with them and watching them work, I was confident I hired the right company for the job. The tare off alone was extremely labor intensive in it of it's self. They were resolute in their course of action with an unwavering determination to complete the task at hand. They worked a long arduous day and maintained their decorum and work ethic the entire time. The odd quirks my roof has presented multiple challenges which they over came with workmanship that far exceeded my expectations. Roy the owner of the company, showed up several times through out the process to make sure everything was satisfactory. He was also very personable and professional. He respects his workers and they, in turn, resect him. A good chemistry through out. Brandon, the job foreman invited me up to the roof on a couple occasions to show me not only the progress but also to show me some of the things they did and explained why they did it. As the customer I found this very comforting and reassuring. Their attention to detail was impeccable. They are also very meticulous about clean up. They have crew members constantly on the ground, raking, sweeping and cleaning up debris through the entire process. Their price was reasonable for the amount of work they did and the quality of craftsmanship they displayed. My wife and I are very satisfied with our choice of contractor.
